What Is the PREP Challenge??

It's an in-person or virtual workout program with Coach Nevie that includes nutrition coaching, motivation, and support to get fit & FINE this summer!

When does the PREP Challenge start?

The Shred Challenge begins April 7. Just in time for swimsuit season!

Do the PREP workouts have to be done in person?

No. The workouts can be done in the FLMD studio or in the comfort of your home with easy modifications provided.

Is there any guidance given on what to eat to PREP?

Yes. The Shred Challenge included detailed meal plans.

Is my registration refundable?
